New route
The route was changed this year and I must say I enjoyed it. No longer did we have busy traffic and congestion trying to squeeze in to the college. Plus no icy road at the college that has always been an issue. I however did NOT like the fact that the 5k started just minutes of the 15k start. I was running a 9:00 minute pace and forced to move over, having an irritating car beep to make me move over. Do I not have the right to keep my pace going? Was a little upset that there was no cookie or chocolate melt aways at the end or finisher's medal. I will be back next year again, hopefully it will be warmer.
